Who is iCan London for?

iCan London is for anyone hoping to improve their hair health, length, strength and thickness and routine skin care. Products are suitable for any hair type, skin type gender, and age.

Where can I buy Hairburst products?

Aside from the iCan London official websites (where we offer great promotions!), our products are stocked in the largest marketplaces and local retailers: eBay, Amazon, Hair City, and Feelunique as well as some independent pharmacies. We also have a distribution network worldwide, so get in touch to hear about where you can purchase in a store in your specific country.

Does it work?

For best results, we recommend you use one of our iCan London products every day, and use our cosmetic items alongside them, for 30 days. After this amount of time, you should be seeing results. Some customers notice results much more quickly, but it varies from person to person. Remember to track your progress using photographs. We get positive feedback from customers all over the world who have used our products and experienced great results.

What shipping methods are available?

Express – Usually delivers within 1-2 business days 30AED

Standard – Usually delivers within 2-3 business days 20AED

*Free – Usually delivers within 2-4 business days

These methods are only available for UAE customers as of yet.

How long will it take to get my package?

Delivery within the UAE is delivered the next working day when ordering before 1 PM. *Delivery throughout Middle East takes 2-5 working days. Delivery for the rest of the world varies depending on destination. Please email shop@icanlondon.ae for further details.

I don’t have PayPal! Can I pay with my card?

Yes, when you either select to ‘Check out with Credit/Debit Card’ or ‘Place your order’ when paying you will see a list of forms to fill in. Simply fill in the forms with your details and click ‘continue’ at the bottom, you will then be prompted to enter your card details. For your convenience installment plan is also available.

How much are delivery costs?

Delivery within the UAE is 30AED and is delivered next working day for standard shipping method when ordering before 1 PM. *Delivery throughout Middle East is from 50AED+ and takes 2-5 working days. Delivery for the rest of the world varies depending on destination. All shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is made and shipping costs will vary based on volume ordered.

Is buying online safe?

iCan London is safe, secure and guaranteed. It provides you with a convenient method of payment and is the only authorised and recognised form of payment on icanlondon.ae.

How do I place an Order?

From shop/category/home page click on add to cart button. If it has other variations click on Select Options or click on product image a new page will open, choose the size or formula that suits your needs. Add to Cart it, a pop window will open go to cart/check. On cart page you can manage quantity if you don’t want to adjust quantity click checkout. Fill the required fields and proceed to place the order. You can choose to pay using CASH ON DELIVERY or via CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD. if you choose to pay with card enter the details and place the order. You will receive a confirmation email from iCan London. If you don’t see order confirmation email, please check spam or junk folder.

My order has arrived and it is damaged, what do I do?

You can contact us at shop@icanlondon.ae or get in touch through any of our social media channels to make us aware of this. Please include your order number and a picture of your damaged item and we will be happy to help you further with this.

Do I need to pay to return an item?

Yes, I’m afraid that we do not cover any return postage costs.

How can I cancel or change my order?

If you checkout as a guest user send us an email at shop@icanlondon.ae or through any of our social channels as soon as you can, as this depends on whether your order information has already been passed over to our packing provider or if you signed for an account while placing order you can login to your account, go to dashboard https://icanlondon.com/my-account from orders panel edit and cancel the order. You will receive an order cancellation confirmation email from us.

How do I track my order?

Go to track your order page. Enter your email address that you used during checkout, enter your order number that you received in order confirmation email. Click on track button. You will see shipping details there. If you see any see any get in touch with us.

How can I return a product?

Returns accepted up to 14 days from purchase, exceptions apply if you have contacted us regarding an issue. Please note that this depends on each individual case. If you wish to return a product back to us, please ensure that the safety seal has not been removed and all of the products you are returning have not been opened or damaged. Please include with your return, a note including your order number and your reason for return.

Refunds will be given once we have received your return. If you would like to receive this more quickly, then please take a photo of the postage receipt and send on to us to shop@icanlondon.ae. We can then see that this is on its way back to us and can process this back to you quicker.
